The DX Store is an authorized ICOM Dealer for new and factory reconditioned/refurbished (repacked) and warranted radio equipment and accessories.

ICOM reconditioned/refurbished equipment sold by The DX Store is covered by a full factory warranty for 90-Days from date of sale, and has been completely reconditioned tested and calibrated by ICOM factory service technicians. In addition to being tested and calibrated any available upgrades and/or firmware updates will be installed by ICOM factory service technicians.

Orders from stock typically ship in 1 day otherwise 3-6 days (excluding weekends). If for some reason an item will take longer we will contact you.

FREE Shipping on ICOM Amateur radios and receivers to continental United States. Except radios/receivers eligible for government sales only and export shipments.

All warranty claims and repairs are handled by ICOM America, Inc. Bellevue, WA USA. This includes items purchased for export outside of the United States.

ICOM accessories:

Repacked accessories are not graded like radios so conditions will vary, all repacked accessories carry a 90 day factory ICOM warranty.

A limited number of new accessories are listed, but we carry ICOMs full line of accessories. So if the new accessories you're looking for is not listed please e-mail sales for price and delivery.

NOTE: ICOM Repacked equipment is available on a first come first served basis and is subject to prior sale.

All repacked equipment is graded and warranted by ICOM America as follows:

Grade A Repacked - Like new

Like new, no scratches, dents etc.
Original box may have minor dents, writing and/or have been taped.
Owners manual and all accessories included
90-Day factory warranty from date of purchase (proof of purchase required)

Grade B Repacked - Slightly used

Slightly used to used appearance and may have some minor scratches
Original box may not be included or may have dents, writing and/or have been taped.
All major accessories (ie base and mobiles: microphone and power cable / handhelds: antenna, battery and charger) included, owners manual may be included if not they are available for downloading
90-Day factory warranty from date of purchase (proof of purchase required)

Grade C Repacked - Used

Used to well used appearance and may have some scratches and/or minor dings and show signs of use
Original box may not be included or may have major dents, writing, shipping labels and have been taped.
All major accessories (ie base and mobiles: microphone and power cable / handhelds: antenna, battery and charger) included, owners manual may be included if not they are available for downloading
90-Day factory warranty from date of purchase (proof of purchase required)
