DX Store Policies

Currencies:
All prices listed and all transactions will be in United States Dollars.

Pricing:
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated based on each orders weight. Shipments by motor freight, and to other countries will be priced on request (POR). Please contact sales at 866-899-3947 for rates. All freight will be shipped by DX Stores carrier of choice. Freight must be paid for in advance. Rates are subject to change without notice. No collect shipments.

COD Orders:
DX Store does not accept COD orders.

Sales Tax:
DX Store will charge sales tax on shipments within Arizona. At this time DX Store does not charge tax on shipments to any other state.

Damaged Items:
If an item is received damaged, NOTIFY THE CARRIER IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT return merchandise to DX Store. Once the carrier has authorized the return of the damaged item, contact DX Store for shipping instructions. Retain ALL packing materials including cartons, Styrofoam peanuts, labeling, etc. for inspection by the carrier. Failure to do this may cause your claim to be denied.

Defective Items:
If an item(s) is found to be defective please contact customer service at 866-899-3947 immediately for instructions on returning the item(s)

Returns:
Do not return any item before contacting customer service at 866-899-3947 for a return goods authorization (RGA) number. Once a return is authorized and RGA number issued the item(s) must be returned freight prepaid to the address specified in the RGA. All items must be like new with all original packing material. Returned items are subject to a 25% Restocking FEE. Item(s) must be returned WITHIN 10 DAYS, and a copy the RGA and your invoice must accompany the shipment. DX Store does not accept returns on antennas, towers, cable, or items drop-shipped from the manufacturer. Your refund will apply to purchase price of equipment only and does not apply to shipping or labor charges.

Warranties:
The original manufacture warranties will apply to all items. Contact customer service at 866-899-3947 for specifics of manufacture warranties.

All DX Store used equipment is sold "AS-IS" No Warranty.
